
Even when I feel overwhelmed with different feelings, as I spend time to bring awareness to my inner self through yoga, they get cleared up one by one. I’m able to create more space in my heart and experience healing and more capacity.
I feel my mind and body are finally able to be together, which helps me to slow down my thoughts and relax. Chami’s sequence is a precise balance between both challenging and comforting poses.
I’m able to focus on the movement and flexibility of my body. The classes are valuable time in which I can steer attention toward myself during my busy week. To anyone who seeks relaxation and stability, I highly recommend Chami’s Yoga lessons.
Chami has really helped me learn how to care for myself both physically and mentally. Her classes are always warm and welcoming, her teaching style easy to understand and encouraging, and her soft singing bringing us out of shavasana to conclude each class is really a moment of bliss.
Migiwa Yoga Space helped me to stretch out and exercise my tight muscles from my desk job and long commute, and it gave me a much needed time for relaxation and meditation on a regular basis. It also gave me friends and a sense of community that was rooted to my neighborhood.
I can turn my attention from my thinking head toward what my body is feeling. I’m able to connect to my body and enjoy the gradual process of being able to do what was at first a challenging pose.
At the end of each session, and into my everyday life I felt stronger and more flexible, but also calmer and less anxious about my pregnancy and upcoming birth. Chami always cared for my condition and adapted the routines and flows based on how I was feeling.
What I appreciated about Chami’s yoga is her energy and knowledge. I felt refreshed and lighter after her sessions. I recommend her prenatal classes to anyone, as a great way to stay active and flexible during pregnancy.
Chami’s lessons were a way to actively reflect on the physical, emotional and mental changes in pregnancy and a way to grow in connection with my baby. She provided me with various tools with breathing, meditation exercises and of course physical poses, to care for myself during pregnancy, and birth as well the postpartum period.
During yoga with Chami, I can focus on myself and empty my mind. Chami understands my physical limits and challenge me to reach my full capacity. Even when practicing with someone else, I feel immersed in my own personal experience.
I keep showing up for yoga with Chami because it’s fun! Through yoga, I feel my body and heart are able to become united and feel at ease. I would especially recommend it to anyone who finds it hard to move their body.
Doing yoga as part of the workplace wellness initiative had far more effects than we expected! Not only can we take care of our physical wellbeing but also calm the heart and mind that tend to feel busy at work, and feel refreshed at the end. It’s positively affecting our work performance, and we feel that the employees’ energy level has increased. Highly recommended!
