Have you ever felt stuck? Like you’re living everyday life and it’s going fine, and you feel healthy physically, but your heart and mind feel sluggish. If someone asked, do you love yourself? Do you believe you have the power to live the life you were meant to live? Can you answer yes?
I believe that each and every person were given life on this earth to be an expression of LIFE itself. And I believe we all have the power within to make that happen. Can you remember moments when you felt alive and free, as a child? We didn’t doubt that power as a child. As a young girl. But we forget along the way because the world tells us “No.”
This is a retreat for all women who want to connect to your inner feminine power. This feminine power allows us to say YES! (and NO at times) It allows our body to feel all the emotions, both the beautiful and the ugly. It allows us to trust that we do have the ability to follow the voice within.
If you’re feeling tired, stuck, and confused, this retreat is for you. If you want to feel alive and free, this retreat is for you. If you’ve felt disconnected from your changing body and the changing seasons, this retreat is for you. We’ll dive into yoga and movement to that focus on the Chakras, the energy centers in our body. We’ll especially focus on the chakras that govern safety, sensuality, and expression. We’ll play in the water, and do rituals that symbolize the embrace of the Great Mother Earth and re-energizing of what lies within us.
This is the very first Feminine Power Yoga Retreat, held in Toi, Izu Peninsula. The venue is a cozy Mexican B&B that will be serving us nourishing vegetarian Mexican food using local veggies. Oh and Onsen too! We’ll also have a workshop led by a guest teacher focusing on connecting to an image of our Inner Goddess, and creating a symbolic doll that you can take home.

この地上に生まれたすべての人に、その人を通して「いのち」が表現したいことがある、と私は信じています。そして、それを実現する力があることも。子供の時に、なんでもできる、やってみたいことを恥じらいなくやってみる、自由さがあったことを覚えていますか？まだ小さな女の子だった時。でも、人生を生きていく中で、「だめ、無理」に出会ってきてしまって、大人の女性になっていくというのが、多くの人の道のりではないでしょうか？
このリトリートでは、内なる女性性のエネルギーにつながっていく様々なツールを提供します。この力は、内側で、「そう、私はやりたい！イエス！」と叫んでいる力です。（時には、「ノー」と誰かに対して叫ぶことも）。この体で感じているすべての感覚や感情を、心地よいこともそうでない「嫌だな」と感じることも、全部それでいいんだよ、と抱擁してくれる力です。
今何か毎日に突っ掛かりやモヤモヤを感じている人。生き生きと生きたい人。変わってきている体や季節に、対応できなくて疎外感を感じている人。自然に触れたい人。ぜひご一緒しませんか？今回初となる内容ですが、チャクラ（体の中に流れるエネルギーの交差点）をテーマにしたヨガや体の動きを取り入れていきます。特に、安心を感じるチャクラ、感受性を司るチャクラ、そして自己表現とつながるチャクラに焦点を当てて言います。海辺で水と戯れたり、母なる大地の守られていることを体現した儀式も行います。
伊豆半島の土肥は、素晴らしい自然に恵まれた場所です。そして、さらに今回の会場は、メキシカンの小さな温泉ペンション。手作りのベジタリアンのメキシコ料理と、南国の温かさを楽しめる時間になることでしょう。また、ゲストティーチャーによる、内なる女神と繋がり、それを元に人形のお守りを作る、クラフトワークショップも開催されます。
