Have you ever felt stuck? Like you’re living everyday life and it’s going fine, and you feel healthy physically, but your heart and mind feel sluggish. If someone asked, do you love yourself? Do you believe you have the power to live the life you were meant to live? Can you answer yes?
I believe that each and every person were given life on this earth to be an expression of LIFE itself. And I believe we all have the power within to make that happen. Can you remember moments when you felt alive and free, as a child? We didn’t doubt that power as a child. As a young girl. But we forget along the way because the world tells us “No.”
This is a retreat for all women who want to connect to your inner feminine power. This feminine power allows us to say YES! (and NO at times) It allows our body to feel all the emotions, both the beautiful and the ugly. It allows us to trust that we do have the ability to follow the voice within.
If you’re feeling tired, stuck, and confused, this retreat is for you. If you want to feel alive and free, this retreat is for you. If you’ve felt disconnected from your changing body and the changing seasons, this retreat is for you. We’ll dive into yoga and movement to that focus on the Chakras, the energy centers in our body. We’ll especially focus on the chakras that govern safety, sensuality, and expression. We’ll play in the water, and do rituals that symbolize the embrace of the Great Mother Earth and re-energizing of what lies within us.
This is the very first Feminine Power Yoga Retreat, held in Toi, Izu Peninsula. The venue is a cozy Mexican B&B that will be serving us nourishing vegetarian Mexican food using local veggies. Oh and Onsen too! We’ll also have a workshop led by a guest teacher focusing on connecting to an image of our Inner Goddess, and creating a symbolic doll that you can take home.
