Cancellation policy
We understand that life happens! To make sure every student has a chance to practice, please take a moment to read our cancellation terms.
Early cancellation
You can cancel free of charge until 2 hours before class starts. If you booked with a ticket, the credit goes back on the book that paid for it.
Late cancellation and no-shows
If you cancel inside the 2 hours, or don’t come:
Ticket holders: that class credit is used and won’t go back on the book that paid for it.
Drop-in, already paid: your payment is not refunded.
Drop-in, not yet paid: the drop-in fee is still owed, and Chami will send you an invoice for it.
If you have an unpaid invoice, booking is on hold until it’s settled. Pay the invoice by card, or settle in cash at the studio. Booking opens again as soon as it’s marked paid.
Private sessions
Private sessions aren’t covered by this policy. If your plans change, get in touch with Chami directly and she’ll take care of it.
